Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY
Our Refund Policy is valid for 30 days after the date of delivery.
You have a right to return any items that are damaged, faulty or significantly mis-described. Refunds will only be offered when a direct replacement is not possible.
We require photographic evidence of the damaged or missing parts (emailed to us within 24hrs of delivery). We strongly recommend you to take video/photographs of the box exterior upon arrival, especially if you notice any damage. Photographic evidence will be required to meet refund or replacement eligibility.
Vibrators, Masturbators & OthersItems eligible for refund or replacement must be unused, unwashed and must not be tampered with or altered. Items must be returned to Sexy Peacock to meet refund or replacement eligibility. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Items must be returned in their original condition, with their original packaging, accessories and extras must be included. Sexy Peacock is not responsible for any return shipping costs incurred. As a gesture of goodwill, you will be issued a shipping discount coupon of the same value for any future purchases. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

- Some health and personal care items
Sexy Peacock reserve the right to review all refunds or replacements on an individual basis, final decisions will be made at the discretion of Sexy Peacock.

Exemptions

Items exempt from the returns policy are not eligible for a refund or replacement, including items that are: used, washed, altered, made-to-order or customized unless it is under our “180 days Home Trial and Return Policy”
Sex Dolls & Love Dolls
All of our dolls are handmade. As a result, there will be minor discrepancies and imperfections, with every doll being slightly unique. The journey from the workshop to your home can be a bit of a bumpy ride, and occasionally items become loose in transit. The following imperfections are easily fixed and are not covered by our Returns Policy:
- Minor skin imperfections including small blemishes and slight variations in the skin's surface.
- Fingernails, toenails and eyelashes that have become loose or fallen off during transit.
- Minor discrepancies and inconsistency with the doll’s hand-painted facial make-up, and/ or body make-up.
Cancellation
Please choose carefully, we do not accept cancellations 24 hours after your orders have been placed. Cancellation within 24 hours will incur a service charge fee of GBP 200.00 (Approximately USD 265.00). As a gesture of goodwill, you will be issued a discount voucher of the same value for any future purchases.
Amendments

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow the below steps
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless it is under our “180 days Home Trial and Return Policy”.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sexypeacock.com and send your item to: Unit 501, 5/F Belgian Bank Building, No. 721-725 Nathan Road, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product( except the sex dolls), you should mail your product to: Unit 501, 5/F Belgian Bank Building, No. 721-725 Nathan Road, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (i.e. the courier charges and tax & duties may apply) for returning your item. Shipping costs and tax & duties are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over USD 75.00, especially sex dolls, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
