180 Days Trial & Returns for Sex Dolls products
We offer a 180 nights trial for all of our sex dolls. This means you can try the sex doll for a full 180 nights in your own home before deciding if you're happy with your purchase. The trial period starts on the delivery or pick-up date of your sex doll.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sex doll within the 180-night trial period, please email us at sexypeacockcustomerservices@gmail.com with your proof of purchase (i.e. order confirmation email) to submit your return request. Please be noted that we will NOT arrange a pick up from your home.
To be eligible for a return we only request that you first try your new sex doll for at least 30 days (one month) before submitting a return request. It may take a few weeks for your body to adjust and realign to a new family member.
A valid proof of purchase (i.e. order confirmation email) is required for all return requests.
Since all the sex dolls are customized, ONLY 40% refund will be issued once the returned sex doll has been received in a reasonably good condition.
Refunds may not be granted if the returned sex doll is found to be damaged or affected by mould, stains, or smells etc arising from poor sex doll care and / or external environment conditions.
Return requests for sex dolls purchased through our partner stores or websites should be submitted to Sexy Peacock, however your refund may be issued through the respective partner store or website upon presentation of all original receipts after your returned sex doll has been received by us.
Any products offered free together with a sex doll purchase (e.g. free wigs, doll care kits, or any other free items in the same order of a sex doll) must be returned simultaneously with the sex doll. If the free products are not returned as per their individual trial and return policy, their price (in effect at the time of your purchase) will be deducted from your refund. The free products will not be eligible for a return in exchange for a refund or any other form of compensation.
Our 180-night trial is limited to the return of one (1) sex doll per customer / household. If you order a new sex doll after having returned a sex doll before, the 180-night trial will not apply on your next sex doll order. This applies to all new orders from the same customer or delivery address. Customers may be identified by customer name, delivery address, phone number, email address, or other means.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (i.e. the courier charges and tax & duties may apply) for returning your item. Shipping costs and tax & duties are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
